"The Appt is clean, comfortable and well supplied with most things needed. Its location is convenient to the old town and the owner is very welcoming and helpful and lives in appt below. There are quite a few steps to the Appt. but nothing the reasonably fit should struggle with. The views are excellent.."

"Nice, well equipped apartment with fabulous views of the old city and Lokrum Island. About a 10 minute uphill walk from the city entrance and 5 minutes to the most popular beach - Banje. Very close to a small supermarket. Lovely in the evening with the lights from the city and the many moored cruising boats. There are about 100 steps up to the apartment - hard work on the heat but good for fitness and don't get a view like that without some effort !! Alenka lived downstairs and looked after us brilliantly. Would definitely recommend. ."

"Truly breathtaking view ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
We arrived after dark and although we knew the apartment was pretty high from carrying our cases up 106 steps from the street, nothing could prepare me for the fantastic view of the island, sea and old town. Truly breath-taking.
Dubrovnik is wonderful and apartment Ema was perfect and Alenka, the apartment owner could not have been more helpful.
The apartment was comfortable and functional, with aircon, fans, wifi and Netflix available - but who really cares when the view was so exceptional!!
I know not everyone plans to cook while on holiday - so this is a minor comment - the kitchen could have benefitted from a chopping board and a colander - and I could not get the gas rings to work (there were 2 electric rings too). This did not stop me from creating a few meals - but of course there was soo much choice of food in the town most people would not bother.
Thank you Alenka. I loved your apartment and cant wait to visit again.."

"We have just returned following a 2 week holiday, the apartment and its location was perfect for our family of 4 (children aged 7&8). It is close enough for a 5-10 minute walk into old Dubrovnik or to the beach but quiet enough in the evening and at night. The view from the balconies is spectacular, yes there are lots of steps but there are stairways all over Dubrovnik and in surrounding towns. The owner is extremely helpful and was quick to respond to the occasional question we had and also kindly let us park our hire car it in front of her garage on the street where it was perfectly safe. It was a great spot to access Montenegro, Mljet, Mostar and other costal towns. There's a couple of supermarkets within walking distance and a Lidl a short car ride away.."

"If you are anything like me and are looking at loads of places to choose from, just book this one. You will be very happy you did. Perfect location, incredible view, lovely balcony and very comfortable. Yes there are a few stairs but a tiny price to pay for the view.
I loved my stay in Dubrovnik. This was part of my honeymoon. We stayed 3 nights and it was not enough. We want to return for much longer. In relation to the beaches... The pebbles are less comfortable than sand but the water and scenery is amazing.
Was easy to book. Dealing with the agency was easy and responsive. They arranged a shuttle for me. I didn't realize however that I had to pay the owner the balance on my departure.... I just assumed it came off my card. I didn't read this in their email.... Overall I would definitely return to this apartment and recommend it to others. ."

"Perfect view from balcony. Very well cleaned apartment. You can choose between hit-music sand beach and peaceful rocky beach, with awesome scene. Prepare for a lot of steps on your way to apartment, but the view is worth it :) The host lady is very helpful and kind. We had a great stay!."

"Apartment is very nice...Fantastic views of the city, perhaps the apartment is a little tired but good size, comfort able and relaxing with a nice friendly host. The only downside are the steps up to it from the street 108 but near the old town this applies to virtually all apartments. Excellent value for money."

"Thanks so much to Mrs. Alenka for letting us stay in her beautiful home! We felt so welcomed and absolutely loved our stay there. Myself and 4 other friends had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and had such a great time. Would stay again in a heart beat!
The view was by far our favorite part. Most beautiful sunrises/sunsets we've ever seen.
Also, be aware that to get to the property there are quite a few stairs but it is 100% worth the climb. Just look at the pictures of the place they don't exaggerate!."

"The picture of Dubrovnik you see on every poster, in every travel brochure, on every postcard is the view from the balcony of this apartment. Fantastic, beautiful, brilliant and very close to unbeatable. And the apartment is spacious, airy, spotlessly clean, everything you need (for 4) and very good air-conditioning. And with the owner living next door any minor issues are resolved and local advice available in an instant. We would not stay anywhere else. But be aware, it is a climb of 108 stairs from the nearest vehicle access road and (even if you come up the easy way) 300 steps up from the beach. But worth every one if you are physically able. ."

"It is very nice apartment, light and airy. Plenty of room and spectacular views from the balcony. There are 107 steps which was fine for us but would be difficult for elderly, disabled or young children. We would certainly rebook the apartment in the future and Alenka was very helpful. ."

"The apartment was spacious, spotless and homely. The outstanding thing about it though was the view - it was simply stunning. To one side was the view of Dubrovnik used in many of the postcards and directly opposite was an uninhabited island. It was close to a mini supermarket and walking distance to the town beach although there were a lot of steps to climb down to sea level.

"The apartment was great, quite a few steps going up so be prepared for that but we didn't mind as it meant we walked off the food and drink from the day! The owner lives below the apartment and is very helpful and friendly.. Just one little thing, they do have a dog that barks occasionally when they leave - but that didn't really bother us after a while. Clean & tidy apartment with stunning views across the old town. Perfect for a budget holiday. We would definitely stay again :-)

"Loved the apartment, fabulous views, and extremely comfortable and well-equipped. My only reservation was that access to the apartment from Dubrovnik was up a large number of steps so anyone with mobility or even fitness issues might find it a struggle (especially in the lovely Croatian heat!!). Location was fine for us though and was ideal for getting around the area. Nearly beach was ok - clean and safe - but very pebbly (sore on feet, bring jelly shoes!). It was easy though to get to Lapad beach which was very pleasant and conveniently situated for making the most of cocktail happy hour:-)
